This tune was played on Channel 4 TV in Panama all the time. I remember it, and always thought it was Lucho Azcarraga, until I started listening to Avelino Munoz videos, and his organ sound was a match for this song, so just a few videos later, this is the song. I have been looking for this song for over 30 years.
